Oakhouse began a partnership with Fidelity in 2015. We originally partnered with the company to conduct a broad assessment of the financial services landscape and to understand how the future of finance will impact financial institutions.
Since that time we have conducted multiple research projects on a wide range of topics, from cryptocurrencies to index funds. Our approach has combined a mix of primary and secondary research, using qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to uncover field insights that generate concrete actions.
We have used a range of strategic tools to help SAP take advantage of untapped opportunities in the U.S. market, including competitive intelligence, market analysis, field research, and business forecasting.

Since 2013 we’ve partnered with a dozen different Private Equity firms on multiple deals, helping them make better decisions by performing due diligence and conducting field research on target companies.
We combine customer, supplier and competitor interviews with financial analysis and market data to deliver solid go/no-go recommendations. Depending on confidentiality agreements, we conduct primary research with the target company’s management team, driving a realistic scenario of their future potential.
Oakhouse has been privileged to work with GE since 2014 on multiple research and strategy projects across a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare and Industrials.
Our team conducted extensive research to gather competitive intelligence and analyze the threat of new market entrants on a number of undisclosed fields.
More recently, we have supported GE on a series of projects to integrate newly arrived teams from corporate acquisitions. Our team set operational benchmarks, defined governance and designed a new structure taking into account both teams’ expertise, resources and efficiencies.
