We originally partnered with the company to conduct a broad assessment of the financial services landscape and to understand how the future of finance will impact financial institutions.

Since that time we have conducted multiple research projects on a wide range of topics, from cryptocurrencies to index funds. Our approach has combined a mix of primary and secondary research, using qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to uncover field insights that generate concrete actions.

In one of our recent engagements, we partnered with SAP to understand how top brands nurture their online communities.

Companies that are most successful at engaging customers in digital communities create spaces for participants to actively exchange insights.

The strongest communities share several characteristics, regardless of community, including member engagement, experts as moderators, contribution recognition and general member happiness.

Results of our study were shared in SAP’s Digitalist Magazine.
